This depends on whether you are eligible for funding or not. If so, there are co-contribute fees applicable. There also may be material costs such as textbooks etc. You may decide to complete additional units, and these will also incur additional fees. Head here for more information.

Yes, you may be able to access C3G+ funding through the State Government. There is some eligibility criteria that needs to be met and you can find more information about that, here.

Yes, we do. If the qualification is relevant to the industry you are already working in, you have the option of completing the course online. For example, if you are already working as a Support Worker, you can complete your CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support online. 

MiHaven Training has a dedicated Student Support Mentor who can provide individual course support*. We also provide extra study sessions each week on campus and monthly online study assistance (Individual Support only) should you need it. *Bookings essential.

To apply for a credit transfer you can fill out our, ‘Credit Transfer Application’ form, found here. Within this process you will have to supply evidence of experience that links directly to each unit and performance criteria. If you are wanting to RPL for your qualification, you can complete the RPL quiz, here!

You won’t be required to bring too much. Here’s a simple checklist of essential items:

  • Water bottle
  • Pen and notebook
  • Diary
  • Laptop (should you wish to use one)
  • Snacks and lunch

The campus has a student kitchen with a fridge and microwave available for your use. We also supply complimentary tea and coffee. Our campus is also conveniently located close to cafes and eateries to buy your food.

All the important details including arrival times will be emailed to you prior to your first day. Normally our class times are 9am start, with training finishing by 3pm. Breaks are given throughout the day. 

This happens. Please email or contact us as early as possible to let us know of the situation. Email training@mihaven.edu.au or call 4041 0407. Your Trainer and Assessor will then discuss your options to catch up on the units you have missed.  

Your first step is to talk to your trainer. There may be ways we can assist to further help with your studies. Otherwise, you will need to fill out our ‘Withdrawal’ form found, here.

Some visas have more restrictions than others so just contact us to find out what your visa studying restrictions might be. 

Once you have completed all aspects of your qualification (including theory and work placement + practical elements) and have no outstanding fees due, you will be provided with your certification. As per the 2015 RTO Standards, we issue certificates wthin thirty (30) days of your course end date.
