This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision. This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
Upon successful completion of all units of competency for this qualification, the student will be awarded the SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality qualification and will earn up to 4 QCE points.
The SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality, is delivered within 12 months in either a classroom environment with weekly classroom sessions at various delivery locations or via distance learning.
VET in Schools (VETiS) has the following eligibility criteria:
To achieve this qualification; SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality, twelve (12) units must be completed including six (6) core and six (6) elective units.

Students are required to complete mandatory 12 service shifts, which we will assist you to organise with one of our partner organisations. Elective units can be customised to suit desired outcomes.
